These are the five rules of better health:
Do not have anything before lunch except fruits.
Do not have starch with meat,
i.e. either potato or
rice with meat is not allowed.
Do not have anything after 8:00 pm.
Drink water after/before one hour of having food.
Have fruits after/before one hour of having food.
Wish you a good health.
